As you can see, there are numerous reasons for cash-out going dark. If none of the above applies to your bet, Betfred may be experiencing technical problems and could be undergoing maintenance. If you believe this is the case, you may need to contact customer support for an update on when cash-out could be made available again.
Once Cash Out returns, you can settle bets at the touch of a button by pressing the Cash Out icon. You can find this on Betfred’s Cash Out section, displaying each of your open bets and their respective cash-out values. Upon requesting a cash-out, bets will be subject to a short processing period in which Betfred confirms that there have been no price changes or suspensions of markets.
